The Library will not collect personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. All information provided to the Library is confidential and all information about digital items borrowed, viewed or used through your iKnow Digital Library Card is also confidential. The Harris County Public Library wants to make sure kids are safe online. In accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for children under age 13 the parent or guardian must fill out the contact information required for an iKnow Digital Library Card.
